ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

SERVICES
Kenyon Health Services, Inc. provides healthcare consulting, operational consulting, leadership advisory, implementation support, strategic planning, professional development, and related consulting services. Our services are advisory in nature and are intended to support healthcare organizations in achieving their operational and organizational objectives.
NO MEDICAL SERVICES
Kenyon Health Services, Inc. does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nursing services, emergency services, or any other licensed healthcare services. Information provided through our website or consulting engagements is for business and operational consulting purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical or clinical advice.
PRICING
Consulting fees are determined based on the scope of services, project complexity, estimated time, and client requirements. Pricing may be provided as fixed-fee projects, hourly engagements, monthly retainers, or negotiated consulting agreements.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Certain engagements may require an upfront deposit or milestone payments before services begin or continue.
LATE PAYMENTS
Past due balances may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until outstanding balances have been paid in full.
CANCELLATIONS
Either party may terminate consulting services upon written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for all services performed and expenses incurred through the termination date.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of professional consulting services, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Any refund issued shall be at the sole discretion of Kenyon Health Services, Inc. unless otherwise required by law or provided in a written agreement.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and access to documents, personnel, and resources reasonably necessary for the performance of consulting services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all methodologies, templates, materials, reports, and intellectual property developed or owned by Kenyon Health Services, Inc. remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
DISCLAIMER
While we strive to provide thoughtful recommendations and professional guidance, Kenyon Health Services, Inc. does not guarantee specific operational, financial, regulatory, or organizational outcomes. Decisions made by clients based on our recommendations remain the responsibility of the client.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenyon Health Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or consulting services.
